Three years after a hiatus of onsite gatherings, the JFINEX PUP held its first in-person General Assembly at PUP Theater, January 22, bringing refreshment and revitalization amidst scholarly work.

The General Assembly, formally known as the year-end assembly, is a department’s promising annual event that provides entertainment while promoting a good cause. Carrying the theme “Heart of FM City: Stardust of Haven General Assembly" made the crowd stand in the heavenly body, grooving to some moves; electrifying bands, thrilling games, and dynamic performances truly made it a haven.

'Project Eldearly: Mula Sa’yo, Para kina Lola’t Lolo.’ is titled as this year’s beneficiary, following the compass of community impacts. This purposeful giving is to extend a hand on the welfare of elderly residents of Hospicio de San Jose, located at Ayala Bridge, Quiapo, San Miguel, Manila—an age care community for the elderly seeking a solemn and active living in their golden era.

In the detailed succession of the assembly, the masters of ceremony, hosts Pauline and Daryl, introduced the court serenity of JFINEX-Elite singers. A foreword is given by the JFINEX-President, Mark Christian Santos. The project's notion is to provide an ecstatic break in the midst of scholarly activities and to expand the student’s kindness on the chosen foundation. The adjustment and transition to traditional classes, we can now count on more social summits, he added.

Along the fun, the JFINEX Officers staged a play that it becomes crowd-raiser. Chilled classic puts the light on wes anderson style. And as marketing segment puts the hold on the Last Man Standing, Aira Faye R. Galarde and Julla Angeli J. Gerodias revamp different marketing show. Crowd gets louder with the first guest performer, Satellite Daydream, an Alternative/Indie Rock ensemble. They perform their hit songs, 'Minamahal Kita' and 'Denisse,' putting the room in overwhelming musical love.

In unrealistic pursuit  of perfection, keeping up in overconsuming daily grind, resulting in becoming the harshest critics of ourselves. However she reminds, “Lazy as character issue ay iiwas at iiwas sa responsibility.
