As well as those dazzling buildings that catch our sight.
But have you ever wondered the reality it brings?
It may be the place for some people who work hard for their dreams,
A dream of an ideal life to live and acquire,
To feel the presence of peace that we desire.
Have you also ever wondered the purpose of being here?
The reason to stay and set aside our fear,
The dedication to get that ideal career,
Or is it because of the belief that the progression starts here.
Above all, that is Metropolitan Manila,
Indeed the busiest place we ever had,
And may be the sleepless region we reside,
But this place is also about the people who never gets tired.
