The newly elected JFINEX-PUP Executive Officers for Academic Year 2022–2023 are now ready to continue providing better services by unleashing more of their potential and amplifying their talents in leadership.
The Luminary had the opportunity to interview the Executive Vice President for Internal Affairs, Ms. Kirsten Joyce Roberts, and the Executive Vice President for External Affairs, Ms. Heart Jeidel Bragais, and discussed the challenges, goals, and objectives within the organization.
When asked about the goals and objectives, EVP Kirsten Roberts hopes to secure financially-inclined companies to develop career fair events that will help the students determine the careers that they want to be immersed in someday.
In addition, she also wants to conduct a journalism event that will encourage the financial management students to enhance their potential and develop their journalistic talents.
According to EVP Heart Bragais, she wants to encourage the students to join sub-organizations and strengthen communication with partnered organizations.
Moreover, she is also planning to partner with companies that will help the graduating students find companies for their internships.
EVP Roberts shared that one of the challenges in her position is standing on her own, but she sees it as an opportunity to nourish herself and determine how she is going to do something efficiently.
On the other hand, EVP Bragais stated that although the biggest challenge for her position is communicating with people, she also perceives it as an upside once she overcomes this fear.
